were in my studio (Melodeon Studios) from October 14th to the 16th 1995 to record their duo album/CD. The song "Blue Prelude" was one of 13 featured on the recording. I have a great deal of respect for both of these musicians and I guess if I had to say something I would say simply, "listen for yourself"...   Stacy says, "We learned "Blue Prelude" from a 30's recording by Bob Wills western swing band. I dig the way a slide resonator guitar curls itself around slow tunes in minor keys. If you have the patience you'll eventually hear how Paul's voice does the same".
